Understanding DreamSpring's electronic loan statements

DreamSpring is moving to electronic statements. Our paperless statements are secure and available anytime --- so you can easily access the information you need. Electronic statements will be available to view, download and print.  

Moving forward, you’ll be able to set your preferences for receiving statements through our Client Portal.

Existing DreamSpring clients will be automatically enrolled into electronic statements for all statements after September 14, 2023, unless you opt-out.  

To opt-out of electronic statements: 

  1. Log into the DreamSpring client portal.
  2. Select loan settings from the dashboard options.

  3. Select the statement preferences option.

  1. Choose your preference from the electronic or paper statement options. 

Selecting paper statements may incur an additional fee.  

If selecting paper statements, please verify your physical address is correct. 

Why is DreamSpring moving to electronic statements? 

Paperless statements are a secure way to make your statements available anytime. Receiving your statements electronically also reduces the risk of mail fraud.
