Why was the document I submitted rejected?

A document may be rejected if it doesn’t meet DreamSpring’s requirements for acceptable documentation. This could include missing information needed for processing, an incomplete or unclear image, or not providing the required “selfie” photo. If your document is rejected, you’ll be asked to resubmit it with the correct format or information.
