Your Approval Call
Immediately after your loan approval, a member of the DreamSpring lending team will connect with you directly. They will review your loan terms and details, including any fees, your interest rate, and the approval amount.
Verbal Verification
To ensure the security of your loan application and personal data, the DreamSpring team member will also ask you to verify your identity by confirming some of the information you shared during the application process. These are simple questions and won’t require you to have any documents on-hand.
Client Portal Access
Following your conversation with the DreamSpring team member, you’ll receive an email inviting you to access your loan documents via the DreamSpring Client Portal. From the portal, you can review your documents, select a payment date, and enter bank account details for disbursement. You can also enter account information for ACH payments if that is your preferred repayment method.
Loan Document Signature
In the client portal, you’ll be asked to complete the loan closing process by signing your loan documents. This will include the promissory notes as well as a borrower demographic survey. This data helps DreamSpring, as a nonprofit, share our impact and access sources of funding critical to continuing our work. We never share private information and instead only release aggregate data – information without names and specifics. We very much appreciate this step as it allows us to serve more small business owners like you.
Media Release
You’ll also find a media release in the client portal as part of the documentation package. This allows you to opt-in to promotion of your small business as a DreamSpring client.
