I’m having issues accessing the client portal. What should I do?

We apologize if you are experiencing issues accessing the DreamSpring client portal. We’re here to answer any questions you may have. Please contact our team by phone at 1-800-508-7624 or via email at info@dreamspring.org so that we can assist you.

In order to access the DreamSpring client portal, you’ll need to create an account. This process will ask for your Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) or Social Security Number (SSN) and date of birth. Once you’ve created an account, our secure portal is available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can use the DreamSpring client portal to make changes to your payment details, review your loan balance, and update contact information.
