      How can I make a loan payment?

      As a DreamSpring client, you have several options when making loan payments.  

      Phone Payment 

      • Make a free, one-time payment over the phone using a debit card or your checking account information. 
      • Required Information: Loan number, last 4 digits of your social security number, bank account number, and routing number.
      • No cash or credit cards accepted.
      • Call 1-888-385-9555 to get started. 
      • Payments will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.

      Online Payment 

      • Make a free, one-time payment made online using your checking account or debit card. You can also set up automatic payments through our portal.
      • Required Information: Loan number, bank checking account number, and routing number.
      • No cash or credit cards accepted.
      • Visit DreamSpring.org to make a payment.
      • Payments will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.

      Automatic Withdrawal 

      • Make free, automatic monthly withdrawals using checking account information. You can quickly set up online recurring payments through our portal.
      • You can also set up automatic payments via phone or email. Contact DreamSpring to request an automatic withdrawal form. Once the form is completed and returned, our team will set up your automatic payments. 
      • No cash or credit cards accepted.
      • To set up automatic payments, please contact our team by phone at 1-800-508-7624 or via email at clientservice@DreamSpring.org.
      • Please verify there are sufficient funds in your checking account before each payment date.

      Mailed Payment 

      • Mail in a payment using a check or money order.
      • Required Information: Write your loan account number on the check or money order
      • Only a check or money order will be accepted. No cash or credit/debit card information will be accepted. 
      • We cannot accept principal-only or future-dated payments to this address.
      • Mail payment to:

      • Loan payments will be posted the day they are received, not the day they are mailed.

      Principal-Only Payment 

      • Phone, email, or mail a payment of a check or money order to our Headquarters. Contact our team at 1-800-508-7624 or email clientservice@DreamSpring.org to make a payment.
      • Required Information: Loan number and a note indicating that funds should be applied to the principal only.
